- Handle distribution for Asia, S. America, Australia, New Zealand
& they earn 40% of the receipts.
- Pay us $500K up front.
-Letter of intent that we paid actors 10% of their salaries
Production Companies:
Media Asia Films
- production assistance with the fight choreography and stunt work &
special effects for the action scenes.
Treeline Films
- With letter of Intent that the budget is $20-$30 million.
- Finance 50% of the budget, buy may not if it's as high as $30 million.
- production assistance with all the production responsibilities with the
exception of the fight choreography and stunt work & special effects
for the action scenes.

20th Century Fox. > $10 million upfront for us and this gives Fox the ability to
distribute throughout Europe and North America, they will recive 40% of receipts
in Europe and 30% in North America. This deal includes both theatrical
and DVD distribution.
